• We currently ship within Trinidad and Tobago.
• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary based on location but typically take 3-7 business days.
• We offer standard delivery at a flat rate of $35 TTD across Trinidad and $40 TTD to Tobago.
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification via email.

Local Pickup
• Customers in Trinidad can opt for local pickup at C3 Centre, SouthPark Mall, M6 Plaza (Chaguanas) and Grand Bazaar.
• You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your Juniper Home Textiles purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• You must provide proof of purchase
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is processed.
