• We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate, but we cannot guarantee that your screen displays colours exactly as they appear in person.

• Product availability is not guaranteed and may change without notice.

• Prices are listed in Trinidad and Tobago Dollars (TTD) and may be updated
at any time.

4. Orders & Payment

• By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are correct.
• We accept Bank Transfers, and Cash on Delivery (where applicable).
• Payments are securely processed, and we do not store your payment details.
• If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship within Trinidad and Tobago.
• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and delivery times vary based on location.
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
• If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at hello@junipertt.com within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

- The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- You provide proof of purchase.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
