Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your Juniper Home Textiles purchase! If you are not
completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery,
subject to the following conditions:
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• You must provide proof of purchase.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is processed.
Non-Returnable Items:
• Items marked as final sale

order number and reason for return.
Payment Policy
We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank Transfers (Local Bank)
- Cash on Delivery (For select pickup locations)
All payments are securely processed, and we do not store any payment information.
Cancellation Policy
We accept cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order, as long as your
