• We currently ship within Trinidad and Tobago.
• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary based on location but typically take 3-7 business days.
• We offer standard delivery at a flat rate of $35 TTD across Trinidad and $40 TTD to Tobago.

Local Pickup
• Customers in Trinidad can opt for local pickup at C3 Centre, SouthPark Mall, M6 Plaza (Chaguanas) and Grand Bazaar.
• You will receive an email or WhatsApp notification when your order is ready for pickup.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. • You must provide proof of purchase • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is processed.
